We are delighted to welcome Guest Teacher, Gen Kelsang Ananda – the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in Germany, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Romania – to Stockholm for a special weekend of teachings and meditations.

Gen Ananda will explain how we can transform all our ordinary daily experiences, including adversities, into the liberating path through the practice of Buddha’s teachings, ’Dharma’. By faithfully mixing our mind with Dharma in our daily life we can free ourselves from suffering, find a meaningful life, set a good example and truly benefit others.

Realizing Ultimate Truth

Realizing emptiness – the way things really are – is the very essence of Buddhadharma. All other practices and insights eventually lead to a special understanding of emptiness which is the actual liberating path taking us directly to the sublime state of nirvana and enlightenment. On this unique course Gen Ananda will share his deep understanding of this topic to help guide us to the correct view of emptiness and freedom from suffering forever.

Gen Ananda

Gen Ananda is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, the founder of the NKT, and has been ordained and taught internationally for over twenty years. He is greatly admired for presenting Buddha's profound teachings in a clear and accessible manner.
